Exploring the depths of the abstract and absurd. The delicate balance between art and function is where we find ourselves most comfortable. The expression of design has no bounds, it lives both within the social zeitgeist and the isolated auteur.
Beetle Plugin
Production Optimization for Rhino 3D
'Beetle' is a proprietary Rhino plugin developed in-house for shop drawing and production optimization. The usage of the plugin allows us to leverage the BIM model alongside our fabrication 3d models to generate dynamic part catalogs, detailed assembly drawings, part labeling, and automated cut sheets.
Written in Iron Python for Rhino
Fuzzy Robots
Looking at the shifting hierarchies of simulation and fabrication through image & geometry, the studio focuses on an image-driven WORKFLOW for mixed-resolution modeling & fabrication process. Through the exploration of line to surface and surface to volume the image plays between implied form and perceived form
“Foam Follows Function” Workshop
Rnd workshop developed as a 1-day exercise in which each participant developed abstract formal exploration. The usage of 3d scanning and destructive design process creates feedback loop between the physical and digital.

FIN.0 | Robotic Design Interface
FIN.0 is a design platform comprised of repertoires of robotic motion, material logics, tool customization and real-time cinematic techniques networked into a dynamic interface that allows for the design and evaluation of dynamic surfaces and the motion of form.
“Hydro-Projection” Workshop
1-day Rnd workshop exploring abstract textural and formal post digital effects. The usage of cut-and fold model building, alongside hydro dip for geometric exploration. Blend between digital and physical created through usage of projection mappingg.
