Pipeline Development

Through the usage of open source tools, we developed a workflow to streamline robotic fabrication in coordination with architectural BIM models.

Offline Programming & Simulation Tool Creation

Allowing users the freedom to get real-time feedback of robotic toolpath, and preview cuts prior to executing programs.

Through the development of a universal cut control system, we eliminated the need for operators to expect level programmers.

 End Arm Tool Design

Custom end of arm design, engineering, and fabrication. Through the usage of a 5 hp electric motor mounted to a custom interface plate and blade guard, we were able to cut ~3mm corrugated steel within a production atmosphere.
